Key critical skills required for this role include:
Have experience of delivering training, preferably within a financial crime or highly regulated business environment.
Will be, or can be, a subject matter expert in financial crime and to have or build a strong understanding of financial crime and policies (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Screening, PEP/HR and Financial Crime Exits).
Lead and deliver training programs focused on financial crime prevention (e.g., KYC, Fraud awareness) using tools like power point, word, and teams to educate staff across levels.
Use your financial crime expertise to monitor, analyze, and assess risk scenarios.
Collaborate across departments to design training solutions.
Utilize Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, Power point, Outlook) to create training materials, analyze data and communicate effectively.
Experience in managing stakeholders and the ability to communicate confidently both written and verbally across multiple stakeholder groups.
Maintain training records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree.

This role is based out of Noida.

To complete EDD/Exits cases which includes day to day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
