Job Description

Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist – LMS Focus
Adarsh Developers, Bengaluru

Role Summary

Manage end-to-end L&D initiatives, including strategy and implementation, leveraging LMS platforms to enhance workforce capabilities and support organizational growth within the real estate/development domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and developmental priorities.
  • Design and deliver blended learning solutions — instructor-led sessions, virtual workshops, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Develop engaging content: manuals, videos, digital learning assets, and assessments.
  • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course assignments, tracking, reporting, and learner analytics.
  • Facilitate onboarding, ensuring new hires are up to speed with corporate values, processes, safety norms, and compliance.
  • Measure training effectiveness via Kirkpatrick’s model or similar frameworks; compile reports for leadership.
  • Oversee content updates, compliance training, and training calendar maintenance.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, external vendors, and stakeholders to create tailored programs.
  • Incorporate adult learning principles using instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and SAM.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Adult Learning, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of L&D experience, preferably within real estate, construction, or corporate environments.
  • Proven track record with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong proficiency in instructional design and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, virtual facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in measurement and evaluation frameworks for training outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent training initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,283.15 - ₹45,525.17 per month
