Assisting in the coordination of performance review cycles and ensuring that appraisal systems are fair, transparent, and objective. Analyzing staffing needs and helping to develop strategic plans for recruitment and resource allocation to support the company's growth. Measuring employee turnover and retention rates and proposing strategies to improve them.
