Trainer

• Coordinate with stakeholders for training requirements.
• Plan, design and conduct sessions which includes both process and soft skills trainings.

Specific Responsibility / Day-to-Day Activities

• Needs Assessment

  Identify training needs of employees.

• Design Training Content

  Create training manuals/learning programs which include both process and soft skills trainings.

• Training Delivery

  Conduct employee training, motivate and guide employees to maximize their efficiency and abilities.

• Evaluate Results

  Post-training completion to ensure the objectives have been met.

Administration

• Manage training programs, evaluate training outcomes, maintain records of trainees progress and achievements.
• Monitor training costs against budgets and ensure efficient use of company resources.
• Take independent responsibility for training deliverables across all locations and suppliers in India.

Job Specifications

• The candidate must hold a graduate degree with a minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Additional training certifications are desirable.
• Ability to communicate articulately, clearly concisely, verbal as well as written.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively as a team.
