Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for the position of Trainer. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, delivering engaging training programs, monitoring the progress of trainees, and providing feedback or solutions to improve performance. The Trainer will ensure employees are well-equipped to meet organizational goals effectively. Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Experience in developing and delivering training programs tailored to organizational needs Ability to assess training needs and design relevant materials Excellent interpersonal skills for mentoring and coaching team members Knowledge of modern instructional techniques and digital tools for training Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Prior experience as a corporate trainer or similar role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
