Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Trainer role located in Chennai. To train, mentor, and support tele callers in effectively handling customer interactions for health insurance policy renewals, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and improved conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions for tele callers on health insurance renewal processes.
• Develop scripts, FAQs, and training materials tailored to customer needs. Monitor and evaluate tele caller performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify training gaps and design improvement plans.
• Prepare reports and maintain training records using MS Excel and MS Word.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years in health insurance call centre operations (Training or supervisory role will be added advantage)
• Proficient in Tamil along with Malayalam or Kannada and English for effective communication with diverse customer base.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer Immediate joiners.
