As part of the Training Division, the Trainer collaborates with the Content Team, Operations Team, and HR Team to align delivery with client expectations, maintain quality standards, and continuously improve session effectiveness. Regular feedback, performance metrics, and learner evaluations help the Trainer refine strategies, adopt innovative methodologies, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of JCS iLEARN’s training ecosystem.
