As part of the Training Division, the Trainer collaborates with the Content Team, Operations Team, and HR Team to align delivery with client expectations, maintain quality standards, and continuously improve session effectiveness. Regular feedback, performance metrics, and learner evaluations help the Trainer refine strategies, adopt innovative methodologies, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of JCS iLEARN’s training ecosystem. Responsibilities: Training Delivery & Facilitation Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured sessions on Soft Skills, Verbal Ability, Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Interview Skills, Resume Building, Group Discussions, and other employability skills. Adapt teaching methods according to learner levels—beginners, intermediate learners, or advanced students. Ensure content is delivered within the allotted schedule without compromising quality or clarity. Maintain high energy levels, classroom discipline, and a positive learning environment. Classroom & Learner Management Build rapport with learners while maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct. Encourage participation through activities, assessments, and discussions. Identify learners who need additional support and provide guidance when possible. Manage large groups effectively and address diverse learning styles. Assessment & Performance Tracking Conduct tests, assignments, quizzes, mock interviews, and practice sessions. Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback. Share progress updates with the Training Operations Team when required. Content Preparation & Enhancement Review existing content and suggest improvements to maintain industry relevance. Prepare supplementary material, worksheets, practice questions, and activity plans. Align delivery methods with updated trends, client expectations, and technology. Professional Conduct & Reporting Follow organizational guidelines, confidentiality norms, and training protocols. Maintain punctuality during reporting, class commencement, and session closures. Submit daily reports, attendance sheets, feedback summaries, and documentation as required. Participate in internal meetings, pre-training briefings, and client reviews. Client Coordination Represent JCS iLEARN professionally at college campuses or corporate offices. Interact with faculty coordinators, placement officers, or HR teams for smooth operations. Address queries or concerns professionally and coordinate with the internal team. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with the latest industry standards, corporate expectations, and emerging training methodologies. Participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs and internal capability-building sessions. Work with peers to share best practices and improve training outcomes. Qualifications: Educational Background Bachelor's or Master’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Arts & Science, Management, Computer Science, etc.). Specialization or certification in training, HRD, or communication is an added advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong command over English communication (spoken and written). Good presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify concepts and explain them with real-world examples. Excellent interpersonal skills and learner-centric approach. Proficiency in email communication, reporting, and MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work with first-generation learners as well as advanced learners. Experience 0–5 years of experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or related fields. Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
