Position: Trainee to Executive - Talent Acquisition ( with Manufacturing Companies Experience only ) Key Roles: Social Networking websites, Head hunting etc. client requirements. Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining. Manage client and candidate co-ordination and Maintain database. Maintain recruitment database MIS and reports for hiring Handling and Internal Recruiters. MIS Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components of hiring.
