Greetings, We are looking for a Instrumentation & Automation Engineer - at Chennai for a Pharma Manufacturing company. Job Responsibilities: Experienced with Instrumentation and Automation Engineer (Siemens & Allen Bradley) like- installs, maintains, and troubleshoots automated instrumentation systems in various industrial settings, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measurements and controls for efficient and safe operations . Design and Development: Develop and design control systems and instrumentation for industrial processes, including PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS/BMS systems. Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, wiring, and signal conditioning of instruments and control systems, as well as their calibration, testing, and maintenance. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues related to instrumentation and automation systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that instrumentation and control systems adhere to relevant health, safety, and legal regulations and industry standards. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, maintenance manuals, and reports. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to integrate instrumentation with overall system design and ensure seamless project execution. Project Management: Manage projects related to instrumentation and automation, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, reliability, and safety of instrumentation and automation systems. Experience: Experience in selection of instruments, automation systems as per the required applications. Experience: Experience in PLC programming and preparing control system architecture.
