Job Description

To support our growing HR function, we are looking for a Trainee Talent Acquisition who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a strong foundation in the field of human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals to gain real-time exposure to the recruitment process within a structured and supportive environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Executive with 25 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team. The role is designed to support core HR functions such as employee relations, engagement initiatives, and operational HR processes like onboarding and exit formalities. This position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to collaborate with business leaders, support seamless HR delivery, and drive a people-first culture. The ideal candidate is empathetic, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Support & Stakeholder Management

  • Assist in aligning HR objectives with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders for seamless implementation of HR programs.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across departments.

2. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
  • Support basic grievance redressal and help maintain a positive workplace environment.

3. HR Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit management.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR practices and records.

4. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of employee data across HRMS platforms.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities to boost morale and foster inclusivity.
  • Assist in collecting employee feedback and promoting active participation.

6. Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with the broader HR team and cross-functional groups to ensure HR excellence.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and a collaborative mindset in everyday tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR Operations roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS systems, and data management tools.
  • Strong understanding of core HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR dashboards and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
