Position Summary We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler Revit Architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D BIM models, developing accurate architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with project standards and guidelines. The role requires expertise in Revit Architecture, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Primary Responsibilities: 1. BIM Model Creation & Management Develop parametric and non-parametric Revit families based on project requirements. Create highly detailed, accurate, and coordinated 3D BIM models in Revit Architecture while adhering to industry standards. Work closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design elements within the BIM model. Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency and compliance with project guidelines. 2. Architectural Drawings & Documentation Generate architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) derived from 3D BIM models. Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, well-organized, and compliant with industry standards. Review and validate dimensions, annotations, and construction details to eliminate errors and discrepancies. Assist in clash detection and resolution to maintain design integrity. 3. Quality Control & Project Coordination Ensure a high level of accuracy in all deliverables, minimizing errors and rework. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Adhere to project deadlines, while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Stay updated with the latest BIM standards, industry best practices, and Revit updates to enhance modeling efficiency. Skills and competencies Technical Skills: Revit and AutoCAD software Architectural Projects. Organization skills Business acumen Higher cognitive and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and preventability Project Management Experience & Qualification 2+ years of experience in Architecture, Structure CAD & Revit Projects.
