We are seeking a skilled Revit Draftsman with strong knowledge of Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP to produce accurate technical drawings and 3D models. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed layouts, elevations, and construction documents as per project requirements and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural/structural/MEP models based on design inputs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Modify and update existing Revit models and drawings as per design changes.
• Maintain drawing and documentation standards.
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and sheet sets from Revit models.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and models for ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering concepts and translate them into accurate drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of BIM standards will be an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.
