Revit Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Revit Designer with strong expertise in BIM workflows to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, with a background in architectural design and drafting. This role involves developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Duties

• Develop, manage, and coordinate Revit models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize Navisworks for clash detection, model coordination, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants using BIM 360 for cloud-based project management and collaboration.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and drawings aligned with project requirements.
• Implement design revisions based on project updates and client feedback.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols.
• Support design presentations using Revit outputs and visualization tools to effectively communicate design intent.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve issues and streamline workflows.

Experience

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is required.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, construction processes, and documentation standards.
• Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo for computational and parametric design is beneficial.
• Experience in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and project coordination within BIM environments.
• Prior exposure to U.S., Canadian, or Australian projects will be a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in an architectural or engineering firm is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
