Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Barista in Etopia Malgudi. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on coffee knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
