Trainee Barista

Gracias Granny , a vibrant Mexican quick-service restaurant, was founded two years ago and has now expanded into a second location in Chembur. We are looking for a passionate Barista to lead our coffee operations. If you love coffee and delivering great customer service, we’d love to have you on board. Responsibilities : Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, milkshakes, mocktails and more. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar. Engage with customers, helping them choose from our menu and explaining different coffee options. Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and manage cash. Assist in stock and inventory management for coffee supplies. Requirements : Experience as a Barista or in a similar role. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow. Why Join Us?
