Role Description
- As a trading enabler you will be part of the Global Foreign Exchange Forwards trading team and you will be working closely with the fx forward traders and forwards trading management. You will work on projects, ad-hoc requests and enhancing the tools used by the desk. As a result you will have the opportunity to learn directly from traders on how they price and manage risk and how a leading global FX forwards business functions. You’ll also work closely with quants, programmers, risk, finance, and other internal stake holders. You will also have the chance to work with trading team members across four global locations: London, New York, Sydney, and Tokyo.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and add to a suite of trading tools, which includes risk management, pricing, funding, client analysis and automation tools
- In addition to building tools, perform ad-hoc client analysis to increase profitability of the desk and market share
- Work with desk quants and traders on various desk related development projects
- Work with trading management to build MIS reporting and other queries
- Liaise with other stake holders in the bank (MRM, Treasury, Finance, etc) on behalf of GFX Forwards desk
Your Skills And Experience
- Self-starter and team player with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and drive to perform
- Intellectually curious, and ready to work under pressure and deliver timely and accurately
- Strong academic background
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills
- Preference for candidates with experience creating reports from Q-KDB+, VBA, SQL and Tableau or similar experience
