Senior Executive – Field Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to support store targets and increase

  Average Sales Per Day, Average Walk-ins Per Day, and Average Per Check.

• Drive marketing activities for new store launches and localized events.
• Work with creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Plan and monitor store-level marketing initiatives to ensure strong

  consumer engagement.

• Track campaign

  ROI,

  manage marketing budgets, and report competitor insights.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and operations teams to maximize campaign efficiency at minimal spend.
• Deliver timely evaluations and optimize ongoing marketing processes for better results.
