Responsibilities Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists, databases, or leads from marketing campaigns. Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and gauging interest in our products. Master the knowledge of our products, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively promote them. Tailor compelling sales pitches to address each potential customer's needs, emphasizing the value and benefits of our offerings. Establish positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening. Follow up with interested customers and update all interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities. Qualifications and Skills This opportunity is open to undergraduates and fresh graduates. You should possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are crucial. Active listening skills will help you understand customer requirements effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales-related software is preferred.
