Role Description Key Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber to ensure comprehensive test coverage for web applications. Telephony Testing: Conduct testing for telephony systems, with a preference for experience on the Genesys platform. Selenium Grid Implementation: Set up and manage Selenium Grid for parallel test execution across multiple browsers and environments. Proof of Concepts (POCs): Lead and participate in POCs to evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.
