Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Test Manager with deep expertise in the Reinsurance domain and hands-on experience working with DXC Technology’s Core Reinsurance application. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent domain knowledge, and a proven track record in managing large-scale implementation or migration projects within the insurance/reinsurance space.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership to ensure high-quality delivery in an onsite GCC engagement environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting for reinsurance transformation or core system implementation projects.
• Manage testing teams across functional, integration, migration, automation, and UAT phases.
• Ensure thorough testing of DXC Core Reinsurance applications, including treaty, facultative, claims, accounting, and financial reconciliation modules.
• Oversee data validation activities and ensure testing accuracy across complex migration scenarios.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Drive test governance, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare test documentation—test plans, traceability matrices, execution reports, and sign-off decks.
• Ensure timely risk identification, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Guide and mentor QA teams, promoting best practices in testing and quality engineering.
• Manage integration testing across multiple upstream/downstream systems.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of total QA experience, with at least 5+ years as a Test Manager.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in testing DXC Core Reinsurance application (No exceptions).
• Strong understanding of reinsurance business processes:
• Treaty & Facultative
• Claims
• Accounting
• Financial reconciliation
• Proven experience in core system implementation, digital transformation, or multi-year migration projects within insurance/reinsurance.
• Strong expertise in test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, etc.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data validation, ETL testing, integration testing, and migration testing.
• Experience working in GCC region or ability to relocate immediately for onsite work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or equivalent.
• Exposure to cloud-based insurance platforms or enterprise integration frameworks.
• Prior experience working with global teams and multicultural environments.
