Test Engineering Expert – Chief Manager
📍 Mumbai | 🎓 Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering | 🧪 8+ yrs experience
Lead end-to-end testing strategy, automation, and quality assurance across enterprise systems. Drive defect-free releases, mentor teams, and collaborate across SDLC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own UAT, test execution, defect tracking, RCA
• Build and maintain automation-first regression packs
• Design test strategies from BRs/CRs
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
• Coach junior engineers and elevate QA maturity
Required Skills:
• QA tools: Selenium, JIRA/Mantis
• Languages: Java/.NET/Python (preferred)
• DB: PostgreSQL, SQL
• RESTful API & AWS testing
• Shell scripting, debugging, log tracking
• Agile/SDLC practices
