As a Quality Engineering Manager at Booking Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in driving the team's vision, tech strategy, and key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include setting strategic goals to enhance quality and testing, managing quality engineers and developers, and fostering a culture of ownership, proactivity, and collaboration within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Establish the team's vision, tech strategy, OKRs, SLIs/SLOs, and KPIs - Drive strategic initiatives to enhance quality and testing procedures - Lead and mentor quality engineers, quality specialists, and developers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical writers, SREs, product managers, and team leads - Implement automation testing in the development process and support CI/CD efforts - Work closely with developers from various teams to understand business needs and quality requirements Qualifications: - Minimum of two years of experience in developing automation strategies and implementing technical initiatives to enhance performance and quality - Proficiency in experimenting with various test frameworks and automation tools, with hands-on experience in writing automated tests - Strong skills in Java, JUnit, and familiarity with Swagger, Citrus, and front-end testing tools - Ability to lead, inspire, and develop test engineering talent within the team Join Booking Holdings to be part of a diverse and inclusive team that strives to make global travel more accessible through innovative technology.
