🌟 Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager (Individual Contributor Role) – CGM & Cardio Diagnostic Devices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets:

    Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for CGM and cardio diagnostic portfolios.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, doctors, and channel partners.
  • Territory Expansion:

    Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers in target regions.
  • Product Training & Support:

    Deliver product demonstrations, train healthcare professionals, and offer technical support when needed.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Monitor industry trends, gather competitor insights, and leverage feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Distributor Management:

    Collaborate with distributors to optimize sales operations and ensure efficient inventory handling.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Maintain accurate sales data, provide regular forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Compliance & Ethics:

    Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and company compliance standards.
  • Brand Advocacy:

    Promote brand visibility and product adoption in the healthcare market.


Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • B.Sc in Biotechnology / B.Pharm / related fields.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in

    Medical Devices

    ,

    Diagnostics

    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience with

    CGMs

    ,

    cardio diagnostics

    , or

    remote patient monitoring solutions

    is highly desirable.


Key Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and large territories.
  • Deep understanding of the CGM and Cardio Diagnostic Devices market.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
