Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales volume with GMVC and ensuring revenue & trade account receivables are well-maintained. Your role will involve managing a network of distributors within the territory, expanding the secondary dealer network, and implementing sales and pricing policies effectively. Your primary focus will be on driving sales strategy, achieving sales budget targets, and expanding distribution within the assigned territory. You will also be tasked with setting targets for the primary network, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring optimal allocation of the A&P budget. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales volume with GMVC and maintain revenue & trade account receivables - Expand the secondary dealer network and implement sales and pricing policies effectively - Drive sales strategy and achieve sales budget targets - Expand distribution within the assigned territory - Set targets for the primary network and build relationships with key customers - Ensure optimal allocation of the A&P budget - Monitor the performance of the distributor sales team - Ensure collection of receivables in line with credit policy - Establish market intelligence to stay informed about competition and the business environment - Comply with the company's Health and Safety Policy - Plan, budget, and control expenses effectively - Analyze the secondary network and conduct demand generation activities - Implement strategies, promotions, and campaigns while adhering to the Health and Safety Policy Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales management or a related field - Strong understanding of sales strategies and pricing policies - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competition - Knowledge of budget planning and expense control - Familiarity with Health and Safety policies and compliance measures,
