Territory Sales Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Forecast sales performance and set realistic goals for the team.
• Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives.
• Assign sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
• Oversee lead generation activities and ensure effective follow-up.
• Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Provide insights for pricing, positioning, and product development.
• Track KPIs like revenue, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and payments.
• Lead client negotiations for pricing, contracts, and terms.
• Ensure profitable deal closures in alignment with company policies.
• Implement CRM tools and sales automation systems for efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
