As a Franchise Lead Generation & Prospecting, your main goal is to attract and qualify potential franchisees who align with the brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing multi-channel franchise marketing campaigns such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media. - Attending franchise expos, business networking events, and industry conferences. - Developing strategic partnerships with brokers, consultants, and business networks. - Creating referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing. In terms of lead qualification and management, you will be expected to: - Pre-screen leads based on financial stability, industry experience, and business fit. - Maintain an updated CRM to track and nurture leads. - Develop lead scoring systems to prioritize high-potential prospects. Your goal as a Franchise Sales & Deal Closure specialist is to convert high-quality leads into franchise owners through an effective sales process. Your duties will involve: - Hosting webinars, in-person events, or one-on-one meetings with prospects. - Providing compelling presentations detailing business models, profitability, and investment ROI. - Handling objections related to investment costs, profitability concerns, or operational risks. - Facilitating legal and financial discussions with transparency. For Franchisee Onboarding & Legal Compliance, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring prospects understand the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). - Managing the franchise agreement signing process with legal oversight. - Coordinating training sessions and assisting with location selection, lease agreements, and store setup. As a Franchisee Relationship Management & Retention expert, your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with franchisees and ensuring long-term success by: - Assigning dedicated franchise business managers for support. - Conducting regular check-ins to address challenges and provide guidance. - Tracking financial performance, sales, and customer feedback. Your role in Market Expansion & Competitive Strategy involves identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for franchise growth by: - Analyzing market demographics, purchasing behavior, and economic conditions. - Researching competitor franchise models and adapting strategies based on industry trends. - Driving franchise sales revenue and maximizing profitability. You will be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The job requires a total of 3 years of work experience and is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses are also part of the benefits package. The work location is in-person.,
