Territory Sales Manager

As a Team Leader reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission and serving as a key stakeholder in the business team. Your primary responsibilities will include signing new potential clients/merchants for Pine Labs and ensuring the smooth merchant experience by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Onboarding, Operations, and Sales Efficiency. In this field-specific role, you will be actively involved in the market, supporting Field Sales Officers (FOS), and personally signing large merchant deals. Your performance will be evaluated based on various factors including monthly target achievement, leadership development, employee engagement, and team management. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Planning: Drive the team to achieve acquisition and transaction targets, develop sales strategies, and manage FOS employees. - Services Planning: Ensure active merchant targets are met through acquiring focus categories in segmented markets and implementing monetization avenues. - Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitive activities in key accounts and formulate appropriate response strategies. Qualifications: - MBA or Graduate degree. Postgraduate education is recommended but not mandatory.
