Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Berhampur & Rayagada. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated territory, building and maintaining relationships with merchants, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, providing training and support to sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. The manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing strategic sales plans.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and support sales teams effectively
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and travel within the territory as required
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
