Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Kanpur. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining healthy business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will also include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and providing feedback and updates to senior management. The role requires visiting client locations, coordinating with local teams, and executing sales plans effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Experience in managing sales operations and achieving sales targets
• Networking skills with the ability to identify potential clients
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Kanpur
