Role & responsibilities

Must Have - Tractor Experience

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to adapt sales approaches.

Sales Operations:

Manage sales pipelines, provide accurate quotations, negotiate and close sales, and handle financing and warranty options.

Customer & Dealer Engagement:

Conduct field visits to farms and trade shows for product demonstrations, build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers, and offer after-sales support.

Product Expertise:

Understand the features and benefits of all company tractors and equipment to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

Develop sales strategies, identify and prospect new customers, and nurture existing relationships to increase market share.
