Qualifications Proven experience in BICYCLE industry in Sales Management and Team Leadership Strong customer relationships in the market. Strong skills in Developing Sales Strategies and Achieving Sales Targets Excellent Customer Relationship Management capabilities Market Analysis and Reporting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the cycling or sports equipment industry is a plus
