Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities • End-to-end responsibility of lender partner relationships and business volumes from the allocated locations o Increase business volumes across lender partners o Drive product awareness and adoption through regular trainings & other modes o Provide highest level of customer support to customers (lender partners) o Managing internal stakeholders to ensure required support to lender locations Provide relevant inputs to Policy team basis market intelligence, understanding of lender partner policies and competition benchmarks Ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting of right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes. Preferred candidate profile Domain/Technical Knowledge • A deep understanding of the mortgage/financial services industry • Strong interpersonal skills. Resourceful self-starter, proactive, results and execution oriented team player. • Strong influencing skills. Possess strategic sales skills. Good communication skills • Strong commercial acumen and customer service mindset • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across geographies Behavioral/Others • Desire & attitude for understanding of real estate is essential Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing clear and crisp policy, preparing presentation and verbal communications to technical & non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proven time management proficiency. • High energy levels, Can Do attitude and works well under pressure to meet deadlines. • Should be open to frequent travel.
