Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Agri Drone Retail Finance Manager to facilitate retail financing for agricultural drone customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling Agricultural Infrastructure Fund (AIF) processes, a solid understanding of finance documentation, and a strong command of stakeholder engagement with regional managers, bankers, and clients. This role requires coordination with financial institutions, effective customer education, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the national retail finance strategy to enhance customer accessibility to agri-drones. Forge and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions to create customer-centric financing solutions. Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
