Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to drive prepaid sales and revenue growth.
  • Strengthen channel distribution by expanding SIM and data-selling outlets.
  • Ensure achievement of targets for gross additions, recharge, and high-value customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to ensure profitability and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Customer Service for seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM with strong sales leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to drive performance across large teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
