Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Territory Sales Manager to join our Orthotics business. The incumbent will be responsible for improving Therapy access and Adoption in the assigned Territory, by regular visits to customers, Managing and developing KOLs, Managing Distributors through periodic Business Review and Training the application staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact patients lives by helping them alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life, thereby bringing smile to patients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. He must be able to lead and motivate the distributors and their Team, build and maintain customer relationships, and analyse sales objectives and performance metrics. We are looking for someone with a strong technical acumen who is able to understand and explain the types of therapy and products that we offer. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales for Orthotics Business (Breg & Aspen). Identify and appoint distributors for effective territory coverage. Train and Coach the Distributor Sales staff for better performance. Ability to draw up own action plan to deliver a target within an agreed time scale Ability to \u2018Value Sell\u2019, i.e. probe to find real needs/wants. Ability to understand the Therapy nuances, and conduct periodic application support training to distributor employees. Key account management experience. Having direct relationship with key users and ensuring continued business from Key accounts. Sales call management through CRM portal and Secondary sales focus Apply advanced marketing skills to develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and purchase behaviour. Monitor the Competitors Sales Activities and communicate the same to the Supervisor and Marketing Team. Identify growth opportunities in the assigned geography, developing strategies and effective execution of action plan through Distributors and their Team. Provide information & analysis of price trends of the key products within the Industry portfolio and competitive price information to Marketing Team. Compliance to follow systems and processes. Requirements Education : Must be a Science Graduate. Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in sales role(within Medical industry) , Sales experience in Orthopaedic specialty is desirable.
