Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the retail sales division of Berger Paints India Ltd, based in British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives.
Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the chemicals industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
