Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge located in Tinsukia. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, overseeing sales training, and managing sales teams. The individual will also be tasked with preparing sales reports and participating in sales strategy development. Qualifications Graduation Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and leading sales teams Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
