Job Summary:

MIS Executive – Tendering

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update a comprehensive database of ongoing, upcoming, and submitted tenders.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to tender status, submissions, wins/losses, bid value, and compliance.
Support the tendering team by coordinating document requirements, including vendor registration, eligibility documents, and compliance formats.
Maintain documentation repository of submitted tenders with proper indexing and version control.
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Technical) for required inputs.
Support in preparing pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and financial bid summaries.
Follow up on deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tenders.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.
Assist in post-tender activities like compiling LOA, performance bank guarantees, and tracking status updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
Working experience with online tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
Attention to detail with excellent data handling and analysis skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
