Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Tendering Manager at AOSYS Private Limited. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, overseeing procurement processes, driving sales activities, and managing projects. The day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, developing procurement plans, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
• Experience in Procurement activities and developing procurement strategies
• Proven track record in Sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
