Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Tendering Manager at AOSYS Private Limited. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, overseeing procurement processes, driving sales activities, and managing projects. The day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, developing procurement plans, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion. Qualifications Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Experience in Procurement activities and developing procurement strategies Proven track record in Sales and achieving sales targets Strong Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
