Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager based in Chhattisgarh, India. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, which includes preparing proposals, submitting tenders, handling procurement-related tasks, and managing sales activities. The individual will also be responsible for project management, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met while adhering to compliance requirements. Qualifications Strong expertise in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Experience in Procurement and Sales processes Proficiency in Project Management and ability to oversee deadlines and resources Effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Chhattisgarh, India Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience within the power transformer or related industries is an advantage
