Role Overview:

We are looking for a Tender & Procurement Manager to manage tendering activities and oversee vendor procurement. The role involves attending tender meetings, identifying opportunities, negotiating with vendors, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely procurement of required goods and services to support tender execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend tender/pre-bid meetings and identify suitable opportunities.
• Manage procurement activities—source vendors, obtain quotations, and finalize orders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and submit tender documents on portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely deliveries.
• Maintain procurement and tender records, vendor databases, and agreements.
• Handle post-submission clarifications and follow-ups with authorities.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years’ experience in tender management and procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of government e-tender portals.
• Bachelor’s degree; technical or commerce background preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Working Days - 6 Days

Work Hours - 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary - 35,000 - 40,000

Location - Work from office (Saket)
