The Tender Manager plays a crucial role in the construction and infrastructure development industry by overseeing the tendering, estimation, and bidding processes. They are responsible for managing online tendering processes and ensuring that all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
Manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial assessment to submission.
Prepare and review tender documents, including cost estimates and pricing.
Coordinate with various departments to gather required information for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in tender management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and regulations.
Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
