Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM, Government portals & private platforms
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work & commercial terms
Prepare, compile & submit technical and financial bids within deadlines
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, technical, legal) for bid inputs
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, pricing structures & commercial proposals
Upload documents on e-procurement portals and ensure compliance with specifications
Liaise with government / private authorities for queries, clarifications & amendments
Maintain tender database, bid trackers, submission history & renewal schedules
Manage pre-bid meetings, vendor registration, EMD, PBG & related documentation
Follow up on tender results, negotiations & contract award process
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all tender-related correspondence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
