Tender Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and track government, PSU, cooperative, and institutional tenders related to agricultural machinery, implements, and equipment.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process including tender documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-ups.
• Study NITs, RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents to assess eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, finance, quality, legal, and logistics teams to collect required documents and data.
• Prepare and submit technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, compliance statements, and annexures accurately and within deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with tender terms & conditions, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle GeM portal tenders, state agriculture department tenders, and PSU e-procurement portals.
• Monitor EMD, BG, PBG, security deposits, and tender fee submissions and releases.
• Manage bid clarifications, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, and client communications.
• Support order finalization, LOI/LOA review, contract signing, and handover to execution teams.
• Maintain a centralized tender database, MIS, and records for audit and reference.
• Analyze tender outcomes and prepare win/loss analysis to improve success rate.

Tender & Portal Expertise Required

• GeM Portal (Mandatory)
• State & Central Government e-Tender portals
• PSU & Cooperative procurement portals
• MS Excel (advanced), Word, PDF documentation tools
• Basic understanding of pricing, taxation (GST), freight, and duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
