We're seeking an energetic Sr. Tender Executive/Procurement Executive to manage and elevate our government & private tendering initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Tender Executive, you will:

• Track and identify tender opportunities across Government channels (GeM, CPPP, State Portals).
• Prepare RFP/RFQ/Bid documentation—technical and financial—ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for bid content, costing, and documentation.
• Upload bids, manage submission timelines, attend pre-bid meetings, and respond to clarifications.
• Maintain tender MIS, schedules, and full documentation lifecycle per compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)
• 1–5 years in tendering/procurement, preferably in facility management or allied services
• Strong experience with GEM, CPPP, and state-level e‑procurement portals
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel advanced), Google Sheets, email communication
• Excellent written/verbal communication, negotiation, and detail orientation
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with multiple teams

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,197.21 per month
