Tender Executive

Job Title: Senior Tender Executive Department: Pre-sales / Tendering Location:Ashok Vihar Reports To: Tender Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the tendering process across all stages—from pre-qualification to bid submission. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of tendering procedures, excellent documentation skills, and a keen understanding of legal, commercial, and technical aspects of bidding. Key Responsibilities:Identify, monitor, and analyze new tender opportunities via portals, publications, and other sources. Review and assess tender documents including terms, conditions, and requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., technical, legal, finance) to gather required inputs for tender submissions. Prepare, compile, and submit professional, compliant, and competitive bids in line with client specifications. Manage timelines to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders. Maintain a central database of all tender documentation and correspondence. Track submitted tenders and follow up on tender outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders as needed during the bidding process. Conduct post-tender evaluations and maintain lessons-learned documentation to improve future submissions. Support the team in developing pricing strategies and value propositions. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in tendering, preferably inelctronics or any product related. Skills: Strong understanding of tender processes and bid management. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with e-tendering portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, NTPC, etc.) Experience in handling international tenders (if applicable). Knowledge of contract management and procurement laws. Salary: 35k to 40k
