Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role of a Senior Tender Executive located in New Delhi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, analyzing project requirements, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring all tender documents are complete and compliant with standards. The role also involves maintaining tender records, following up on submitted tenders, and ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.Offered salary : 35k to 40k

Skills

Minimum experience 3-4 years
Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents and coordinating with suppliers and vendors
Documentation , technical specifications and pre-bid and after bid meeting knowledge
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google sheet and relevant software tools like E-processment, Gem portal
Knowledge of LED Video walls industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
