Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, which includes identifying relevant tenders, preparing tender documents, submitting proposals, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role involves tracking tender opportunities, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and maintaining records of all tender-related activities. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing tender documents, proposal writing, and managing submissions Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tenders efficiently Effective communication and coordination skills for interacting with clients and internal teams Basic computer and documentation skills, including familiarity with MS Office tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Previous experience in tendering processes is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Knowledge of the safety shoe industry or similar sectors is an advantage
